About The Safety Council

The Central California Safety Council was founded as the San Joaquin Safety Council in 1934, by a group of local business leaders, to promote health & safety at home, in travel and in the workplace. Today, the safety council serves business members throughout Central California with occupational health & safety information, products and services. It also provides numerous community health & safety programs, information and educational materials on a wide variety of health & safety-related topics.
